My brother Rick’s disability… is the result of 20 + years in petrochemicals…

On the back peddling end of a 40’ joint of 4” pipe… carried “manually”… ( OSHA… No No ) My brother was injured, When he fell w/”his” full weight… & the full force of this 40’ joint… “driving” him onto a 3/4”… thread-a-let… “welded” to a 10” test flange… left lying on the “ground”…“bull’s eye”… “tearing” his sphincter & rectum…

He has continued to work  w/these injuries… ever since… 12 years @Bay Shore Office Supply… Bay Shore… went out of business… 2001… “owing Rick money…

He worked @ UDS Valero 5 + years succumbing to “his” injuries… in February 2008… He continued working @ UDS Valero… through Hurricane “Ike”… till December 2008… when he was   re-hospitalized…

The loss of “our” home… is “killing” him, &…  that’s… “killing” me…

Please, Help Us !!!                                          Haven’t we suffered enough. Evidently not,      Clear Lake Shores… appears intent… on “our” suffering… If this determination… about elevation… stands now..? Didn’t the “grounds”… for that determination… exist 14 months ago..?

We’ve been hindered… frustrated… & fined… for years… Money we don’t have… We’ve paid mortgage, taxes & insurance…  for a “home”…    We haven’t been able to “occupy” for over a year… We’re being “forced” to… “abandon” it now… &… truth be told… We should have “abandoned” it… years ago… way before “Ike”…We’ve weathered countless “storms” & ”heartaches”…w/this “cities” encroachment…

So… “characteristic” of Clear Lake Shores to : kick us when we’re down… “ right on cue “… like “clock work… for almost 37 years…

We should have abandoned “our” efforts…  over a year ago… They know… We can’t afford to…          re-build… That’s why the city of : Clear Lake Shores… has chosen not… to let “our” recovery proceed… They want to revise “our” status as… “Ike” survivors… They are succeeding !!! in doing just that !!! 

”Our” mortgage company was about to release… “funds”… based on “their” own inspection… of the premises Nov 2 2009… Because of this “determination”letter… now !!! over a year… too late… “our” request for funds is being DENIED !!! once gain…

If “our” mortgage was in default… We !!! wouldn’t be here !!! to continue squeaking about it…

We have “increased” cost of compliance issues… “elevation”… should not be “included” in this determination…

Why is Clear Lake Shores… doing this to us…       @ this late date..?  Is it because… We’re still “moving”..? still “breathing” & still… “alive”..?

(((GOD))) is w/me “everywhere” I go…                     a “good” shepherd… wants for not, in The Kingdom of (((GOD)))…  For those of “us”… Who still hold out a hope for the “here after”…  Freedom..? “only” comes @ the end of a bullet…                          We’re not afraid of Clear Lake Shores…        They”… can’t kill “us” ,but… “They”can…             set us “free” !!!

It’s all I can do… not to cry… My brother Rick..? is failing fast… He had a botched hernia operation February 2008… @ a cost of 8 grand… he could no longer control his bowels …  after the surgery… Hurricane “Ike” hits September 2008…  w/5’ of water in our single story home… My brother’s truck was struck by a road construction vehicle & crew... We got screwed by insurance… for his vehicle, our home & our possessions… Rick lost his job… We both got terminated w/out benefits by the same employer… both having 6 plus years perfect attendance @UDS Valero…

Our former employer has made it impossible for us to find work… ask Melinda Zieger 28 yrs w/this company home 281 339 2051 @work 281 326 3177… She knows our circumstance… Just ask Henry Martinez  Valero HR/@210 345 2ooo make an inquiry…  Ask Rene Gonzalez… “Woody” Jones… If we were treated fairly… & make your assessment… terminated w/such prejudice… We’ve both been defamed by this employer…  to such a degree… It still prohibits us from finding gainful employment… to date… in the wake of  Hurricane “Ike”…

We had both flood… & home owners policies… in place… never filed a single claim in 25 years… & now Allstate, CountryWide & Clear Lake Shores… are all helping to drive us from our home of 37 years… 11 months into this mess… no one has lifted a finger to help…  Quite the reverse… It’s killing my brother… It’s killing me… @this point…  Allstate needs to total the house… so we can payout CountryWide… & get out of Clear Lake Shores…

Because of “Ike”… there was big delay in filing taxes… I honestly don’t believe tax refund..?  insurance check..? or intervention… will arrive… in time… to help us…

Help us get out of Clear Lake Shores… equitably…  We’d be happy to leave… relocate… & go somewhere else… I’m willing to work…  for minimum wage…  but, can’t get a job… We’re so mired in this mess… We just need a chance… to extricate ourselves…  Won’t you..? someone..? anyone..? Please… Help us…

Snatched from the Jaws of Death…

Delivered… by the Hand of… Fate… (((GOD))), has intervened on my behalf… on countless occasions… This wasn’t the 1st time… & it won’t be the last… (((GOD))) Spell’s it out for us… Gospel  is… “good” news… cuz, it’s true…

I was ready to…  give up… give in… When (((GOD))) … intervened… I was following a friend to Wal-Mart…  maintaining a safe distance 4 to 6 car lengths…  it had rained earlier… every time they braked…  so did I… the 3rd time I plied my brake… the bike came out from under me…  skidding 40 yards down the road… I later discovered… my friend was losing brake fluid… It  could have been… much worse… The road could have chewed me up… & spit me out…  luckily… I was saved by… The Grace of  (((GOD))) …

I was ready to go… fortunate for you… My work isn’t finished… Like my name sake, Gregori Rasputin… (((GOD))) … won’t let me… die !!! but, the world… won’t let me live… I’m left w/only 0ne conclusion… If I can’t live for (((GOD))) … I can’t live…

((GOD))) … changes “everything”… When given the chance..?  I operate on/the “greatest” faith… When (((GOD))) … get’s that chance..? So will I… I’m desperate to share what I know… before I go… Why..? When I go… What I know… goes w/me…
